Yarrow is a common plant in the Asteraceae family. This family also includes sunflowers, daisies and mugwort. Yarrow grows across a range of habitats, from urban and suburban areas to a multitude of wild places across North America, Europe and Asia.White yarrow is the most common followed by pink and you can also find it in shades of yellow and red.
This flower essence has a basic but very useful action; it strengthens the auric field. The aura is a field of electromagnetic energy that surrounds the physical body. The aura is often depicted as egg-shaped with multiple layers and colors.
